Mat class

Mat Pilates

MOVE MAT blends the core principles of Pilates with contemporary, fluid sequences to engage every muscle group, making it ideal for all levels. Instructors provide a range of modifications, and props such as the Pilates ring, ball, bands, and yoga block are incorporated throughout the class.

ENDURANCE MAT is a high-energy, full-body workout that goes beyond traditional Pilates by focusing on cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Dumbbells are always included, along with props like the Pilates ring, ball, bands, and yoga block, leaving you feeling strong and invigorated.

MAT CIRCUIT combines Pilates and strength-training principles in a structured, station-based format. You’ll move through four stations, three times each, using a full range of props—including the Pilates ring, ball, bands, and yoga block—for a challenging and engaging workout.

Reformer Pilates

BEGINNER classes focus on the fundamentals of the reformer, introducing key terminology, equipment setup, and foundational movements to help you feel comfortable with the moving carriage and unstable surface. These classes emphasize controlled movement, proper breathing, and individualized adjustments to ensure a safe and effective experience. We recommend all first-timers start here or book a private session.

REFORMER FLOW is Niche’s signature class format, designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance through seamless, continuous sequences. Props such as the box, ball, and ring are incorporated, and instructors provide both modifications and amplifications, making this class suitable for all levels.

POWER FLOW delivers a more advanced, full-body workout with quicker transitions and a continuous, high-energy pace. Expect creative exercises that elevate your heart rate, with props used to increase intensity. While modifications are available, we recommend taking at least four Reformer Flow classes before joining.

REFORMER STRENGTH blends traditional strength training with the support and flow of the Pilates reformer. Classes incorporate one or two dumbbells along with increased resistance, all while maintaining Niche’s signature flow. For the best experience, we recommend completing at least 10 Reformer classes prior to attending.

ADVANCED REFORMER is designed for experienced clients ready to take their practice to the next level. These classes feature complex, dynamic sequences that challenge strength, stability, coordination, and control across the entire body. Expect faster transitions, minimal setup, and a strong emphasis on precision and endurance. Movements may include advanced variations and progressions, with fewer modifications offered. A solid foundation in Reformer Flow and Power Flow is required, and we recommend consistent practice before joining.

Pilates Apparatus

TOWER classes offer a personalized, small-group experience with a maximum of three participants. Using a stationary base similar to an elongated mat, the tower incorporates springs, straps, and bars—also found on the reformer and Cadillac—to create a unique, full-body workout. Clients can expect to sit, stand, and lie down while utilizing the full apparatus and various props, with a focus on smooth spring movement and controlled, precise execution. This class is suitable for all levels and ideal for those looking to deepen their Pilates practice.

CADILLAC, CHAIR, BARREL classes provide a dynamic, small-group workout limited to three participants. Clients rotate through three pieces of Pilates equipment—the Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel—for an athletic, fast-paced session designed to elevate the heart rate and build strength. Props and weights are incorporated throughout, and we recommend having at least 10 Reformer classes or prior experience before joining.

Strength Training

Our Strength classes are circuit-style, time-based workouts designed to build full-body strength, power, and endurance. You’ll move through structured stations using equipment like cable machines, benches, dumbbells, TRX, and cardio elements, creating a dynamic training environment that keeps the body challenged and engaged. Classes focus on functional strength, balanced muscle development, and efficient movement patterns while maintaining the thoughtful instruction and attention to form that defines the Niche experience. Whether you’re complementing your Pilates practice or focusing on strength training, these classes offer a supportive and energizing way to train.

Semi-private class

Private & Semi Private

Private and semi-private sessions are 50-minute, personalized sessions offered in a one-to-one or two-to-one setting. Your instructor will begin by discussing your movement goals and then create a session tailored specifically to your needs. These sessions are ideal for clients who want to become comfortable with the equipment before joining group classes, those returning to exercise after injury (once cleared by a doctor or physical therapist), or anyone looking for more individualized attention and guidance.

Sessions may incorporate mat work, reformer, or other Pilates apparatus, and can also include strength training depending on your goals and preferences. This flexible approach allows your instructor to create a well-rounded session designed to support your progress, confidence, and overall movement practice.

Private Group Classes

Our private group Reformer classes are a great option for gatherings that want a personalized movement experience in a supportive, fun studio environment. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion, planning a team outing, or simply looking to move together with friends, this class offers a tailored Reformer workout designed to match your group’s goals and experience level.
