Our approach centers on intentional movement with alignment-based cueing and class formats that emphasize form, precision, and longevity in your practice. We offer Pilates and strength training through both classes and private sessions, incorporating a variety of exercises and equipment from mat and apparatus Pilates to strength-focused training. At the heart of our studio is you. The Niche community is inclusive, supportive, and excited to see you reach your own unique movement goals.
Our Mat Pilates classes offer dynamic, full-body workouts designed to build strength, stability, and endurance. Rooted in Pilates principles, each class incorporates flowing sequences, core-focused movements, and mindful breathwork to improve coordination, control, and overall body awareness. Small props may also be used to add variety and challenge, helping you deepen engagement with each exercise.
Our reformer classes combine spring resistance, controlled movement, and creative sequencing for a challenging full-body workout. Expect a balance of strength, stability, and flow that builds deep core connection while improving mobility and coordination. With thoughtful programming and plenty of variety, each class keeps your body guessing and your practice progressing.
Our apparatus classes use a variety of Pilates equipment to deepen strength, precision, and body awareness. By incorporating different springs, angles, and support systems, these classes challenge stability while helping you refine technique and control. Expect a thoughtful, full-body workout that feels both supportive and seriously effective.
Our Strength Training classes follow a circuit and time-based format using equipment such as cable machines, benches, dumbbells, TRX, and cardio stations to challenge the entire body while supporting balanced, functional strength. With thoughtful programming and plenty of variety, each class keeps movement engaging, effective, and fun.

Our Niche Instructor Training for Mat and Reformer builds a strong foundation in Pilates principles, anatomy, and movement mechanics. The Niche Educator Program is designed for experienced instructors who want to mentor and train the next generation of Pilates teachers. It prepares educators to lead instructor trainings, offer thoughtful feedback, and guide trainees in developing confidence and skills.
